I write by way of thanks and appreciation on completion of the recent conversion of our three run down bedsits in Pudsey into 2 apartments. The transformation is quite outstanding. Both flats are now let at rental levels above I previously anticipated.

I congratulate you on not only the final outcome, but also the manner in which this was derived. Communication levels were first class throughout the project whether relating to costings, materials, design and timescales. Any project must expext "minor hiccups", and its your success in dealing with these which, I believe, ensure the success of the project. Thank you for liasing with the authorities (Building Control), on my behalf, and your constructive discussions with all trades and of the general organisation.

Thank you so much for all the work your company carried out recently at Valley Crescent. All the work was done exactly as we ordered, central heating, new windows and doors, toilet for the disabled, fitted kitchen, not to mention all the clearing out and dismantling that had to be done before you could start!

When we bought a house which needed a lot of renovation work, we were on a very tight budget. We spoke to several companies to get quotes and Emmgee were always the quickest to respond and the most thorough.
